We’ll send you the estimate and design project as a PDF and go through them online. You approve the project on WhatsApp, and that’s also where we send copies of the documents for permits.
Collect the keys
We’ll show you the finished result on a final video walkthrough. The keys go to you in person or to whoever you choose: your agent, the management company or a tenant.
Everything else is on us
Permits, crews and site supervisor, quality control, purchasing and procurement. You have one WhatsApp chat and one project manager.

Prices cover works and materials, without furniture and appliances: furnishing is priced in a separate estimate. Commercial spaces are priced on the same levels. Timelines cover the whole journey from measuring to keys, and the exact amount is fixed in the estimate after measuring.

The owner follows progress on video, while the GOTOVO. team fully handles approvals, documents, and finding contractors and suppliers. The property is handed over ready to move in.
How a renovation works if you’re not in Dubai
The owner shows the property online: sends photos or a video, then joins a video walkthrough. It’s led by a GOTOVO. manager who collects the keys from the agent or the management company. The owner receives the estimate and design project as a PDF, discusses them in an online meeting and approves them on WhatsApp. GOTOVO. handles permits, contractors, purchasing and quality control. After handover, the keys go to the owner or to whoever they choose.
What properties we take on
Renovations for four goals: to live in, for long-term and short-term rental, before a sale, and for commercial spaces. Among commercial properties we take on offices, shops and showrooms, restaurants and cafés, beauty salons and clinics. We get the project approved by the landlord, the mall and Dubai authorities, and for restaurants and clinics we plan MEP systems and sanitary requirements from the very start.
